Documentation and customs services

We provide all necessary documents for your shipment, such as CMR, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill and Dangerous Goods Declaration.

We can also arrange for you a Certificate of Origin and EUR 1 document as well as the legalization of invoices or other declarations at the Chamber of Commerce and/or Embassy.

We understand that you would like to receive your goods quickly. We therefore always ensure a quick settlement of customs formalities.

The support we provide for customs formalities:

• Unloading of containers takes place under T1 status;
• The shipment (or a part thereof) can subsequently be cleared or forwarded in transit;
• Using a TAX-agency we can arrange for you to transfer the VAT to the recipient in Europe;
• From storage, we can organize transport to the customers in Europe.

Marlintrans arranges for you: 

• Clearances;
• Export documents;
• T1-documents and additional commercial documents;
• Commissioned by you as our client, we can arrange the legalization of your documents at the Chamber of Commerce and/or Embassy.
