We contract as intermediary only, arranging for the principal that logistics and related work is carried out by third parties. We do not bind ourselves to such logistics and related work. With regard to transport we therefore contract as freight forwarder only, not as carrier. The principal authorizes us to accept also on his behalf limitations of liability and other conditions that may be stipulated by such third parties. To all our activities and legal relationships the Dutch Forwarding Conditions of Fenex, filed on May 1, 2018, apply, which include an arbitration clause.
